Bryntirion, Pembrokeshire Coast National Park

Status - Completed

Bryntirion is a Grade II listed Georgian house within the Pembrokeshire National Park. The house retains much of its original character and features following years of minimal intervention and neglect. The new owners seek to maintain as much of the buildings narrative as possible whilst improving the fabric to withstand its coastal climate.

In 2021 listed building consent was granted for extensive restoration works including a replacement roof, works to existing doors and windows and the replacement of cement render and pointing with lime. Additional openings to the rear of the property will improve the levels of natural daylight and a new bathroom will be introduced at first floor level.
