Ty Hir, Pembrokeshire
Status - Phase 1 complete
Ty Hir is a traditional stone longhouse which has seen many adaptations over the years, resulting in a series of incongruous internal spaces many of which are in a poor state of disrepair. Planning approval was granted in 2021 for the new owners to reconcile the layout, enhancing natural daylight and useable spaces (phase 1). The entrance experiences will be improved by constructing carefully crafted porches (phase 2).
The proposal reinstates an existing access point to the property, redefining the historical arrangement and changing the dynamic of how the owners use the house and gardens.
